How does Mobile Urgent Care work?
Our system is simple. If you’re ready for a clinician to come visit you, call us or visit our website to schedule your appointment. In addition to your home, we can come to your office if you’re sick or injured at work or to your hotel if you are feeling ill on a vacation or business trip in the Bay Area.
Which scenarios or health issues are right for Mobile Urgent Care?
We can treat a number of issues is ideal for certain conditions like cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, cuts and burns, allergies or rashes, or back pain that makes mobility difficult. See our MobileUrgent Care page for a complete list of conditions we treat.
For parents home alone with kids and someone gets hurt or becomes ill, Mobile Urgent Care if perfectly convenient to have the little one treated without loading the entire troop into the car for a trip to the clinic.

How soon can a clinician arrive?
We pride ourselves in our ability to treat you as quickly as possible. We’re typically available on the same day, though availability varies. Our Mobile Urgent Care page shows you all of our available appointments for the day, so you can find out instantly.
Will you treat medical emergencies?
No. If you have a severe or life-threatening illness or injury that requires immediate medical attention, we recommend that you visit the emergency room or call 911 for an ambulance as soon as possible.
Are the services the same as in a clinic?
Yes. Our program clinicians can provide typical in-clinic services such as physical exams, lab services, mobile x-ray services, a variety of medical procedures, and diagnostic testing. We strive to bring the clinic to you so you can maintain your best health even when you can’t make it out of the house.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are clean-cut with a flat fee, plus the cost of the services you’ll receive. During weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm, the flat fee is $175. On weekends during the same timeframe, the flat fee is $200. Additional fees may also apply for diagnostic testing, holiday services, or transit times if you’re outside of our primary service area.
What is your primary service area?
Our primary service area covers Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, Napa, Fairfield, and Vacaville. If you’re located outside of this area, the additional charge is typically $1 per minute of drive time. Call us if you’d like a rate for your specific location.
How do you accept payment?
We’re glad to accept payment via your Health Savings Account (HSA) card. Otherwise, we accept cash or credit cards. Apologies, but we do not accept personal checks.
Is the quality of care the same as in a clinic?
Absolutely. We settle for no less than the highest quality of care, regardless of whether you’re in the clinic or at home. Our urgent care clinicians are fully licensed to practice in California. They’ve undergone years of medical school, as well as at least three years in ER residency programs.
